i’ve told Dean he can put an offer in on this new construction 4 bed 2 1/2 bath w/ a spousal approval contingency, so basically offer but say if I get there and dont like it we can back out.   new construction, less than a year old!!  first floor laundry, I am so in heaven!  2 pantries!!   pics are here that Dean took yesterday, he’s gone to see the house twice, hes been to see about a dozen homes already.   and more tonight but I think we both love the idea of a new home! unfinished basement but w/ 4 bedrooms we’d have time to build out the basement and enough room for storage in the 2 car garage!! wohoo!!   we should probably be able to afford it to, maybe at the same pymt we have now but that depends on the down payment amt.   so maybe a little less, but for a new home!!  it looks nice and his mom approved of it…so thats comforting.

    I’m jealous. I wish houses around here weren’t so $$$!
