Breaking through the Fibrofog…

this past Saturday I went and got this curl remover stuff from Sally’s. I had originally wanted to go get my hair professionally straightened but Dean vetoed spending that much money so I had to come up w/ a different plan to rid myself of the curls I hate, though everyone else loves them! This is how my hair is now. Suprisingly it didnt “damage” my hair. It’s much easier to get how I want and if it happens to get wet in the rain it doesnt curl up, which is priceless to me! It’s not completely straight which is probably a good thing, it’s still got some wave to it. think the layers helped with that. Thought I’d try a cute do too! (two ponytails)

Dean called to order cable today.  we just found out last week what our new car insurance premium is since we got rid of the car and it’s awesome!  sure it sucks sometimes to just have one vehicle but it sure is cheaper!! Also we used our tax money to pay off our remaining debt, what little there was, most was for medical bills.    So we should be set for a while, barring any emergencies.    Tomorrow we’re going to look at some furniture from a craigslist ad, looking for brown/tan furniture to complete the room I painted months ago.    I am feeling tons better today, tired but better.  I need to get back into curves but I am not sure when that will happen…gotta run…

I havent exercised in a week.  It’s the longest it’s gone that I havent exercise, sometimes a skip a day, two in a row at most if I’m busy.   I would love to exercise today but know it’s not a good idea.   i’m feeling tons better than yesterday but today I’m dealing w/ a killer headache and aches/pain.   but I think my throat is finally on the mend.     I am worried how long I will go w/out exercise and even worse how will I feel when I start to again.   I was already in a flare up  of my fibromyalgia, I cant imagine how this last week of sickness is going to make that.  I’ve been on tylenol or ibuprofen round the clock, thinking that’s why I have a headache now, because I havent taken any medicine this morning.   I dont want to be on constant meds again…I dont want to not be exercising…I want to be well again…esp. in time for my hubby’s 30th birthday celebration this weekend!!

and when I breathe. and when I move or when I dont move.   I can understand now why Dean was in be for so many days.  I feel horrible!!   thank God it’s sunday and he’s home to take care of the kids.   so nothing big to write about here…just sickness and more sickness!

Got a new vacuum today!!! I am sooo excited!!! So excited that I vacuumed and now feel even crappier! oh well…at least it works on dog hair. our old vacuum has not being done much lately but annoying me! this was my belated b-day present from Dean….we got our tax money and he told me once we did I could get a new vacuum. the canister feature is awesome, esp. since as a whole the vacuum is heavy. so doing the steps is easier for me. well off to rest now that the house is sufficiently vacuumed and laundry is going. Hoping to go get some other new things tonight. I also bought a ton of AA batteries so that toys the kids havent been able to play w/ that should make noise and do cool things actually do. theres a blues clues chicka chicka boom boom dog we have and Bo has liked playing w/ it and that was before it sang and talked to him! It’s kind of like them getting new toys since they havent worked like they should. Much cheaper than buying new toys that we dont even need too! well my throat is killing me and I’m exhausted..hoping to lay down for a few minutes.

well….I was hoping we’d all be better by the weekend, so much for that!!  Bo is throwing up, it’s mostly because he’s congested and everytime he coughs it makes him throw up.  Poor kid has the same weak gag reflex I have.   I just had to call the pediatrician because Zeke’s ear is draining.   I wondered why he finally was content to sleep all night, guessing it started draining thus relieved the pain and pressure he’d been having.   Thankfully they are calling some ear drops so we wont have to go in to the office to be seen.   I feel crappy.  Dean is doing mostly ok, just low on kid patience.   Caleb seems fine as well.   We’ll probably stay out of church this weekend, at least myself and the little ones.   so far been a busy kid crazy morning.
