bad mommy

Last night when Bo saw the orange juice I bought he wanted some, I remembered that last time I had gotten it he liked it.  Which was odd since Caleb never liked orange or oranges.  So he had some last night instead of milk and this morning, did you know it has the same amt of calcium as a glass of milk?   So earlier he had a messy diaper and his bottom was red.  Then while outside he started screaming for now reason and pulling his diaper.  his bottom is now not only red but raw and bleeding, I had just changed him prior to going outside so it’s not like he sat in the messy diaper for a while.  then I remembered that this happened last time he had orange juice, how could i forget!!  I feel so bad.  he is so miserable because his bottom is so sore and raw.  I am such a bad bad mommy.  poor kid gets my digestive system I suppose, nowadays anything I eat makes me sick, Bo is often the same way.   I think I might start keeping a list near the fridge of who can eat what, like Bo and caleb cant eat pears(For the same reason as the orange juice), Zeke hates peaches,  bo should avoid orange juice.   Spaghetti sauces tend to make Bo break out in a rash too, on his face where the sauce touched, the same is true of Caleb with peanut oil.   fun stuff, how am I supposed to keep track of all of this w/ three kids!?
