About Amy

Mom to boys who were born Aug. 2001, Nov. 2004, March 2006; and devoted wife to the love of my life since Nov. 1998. Chronic worrier but devoted Christian who is trying to put her fears and faith in the One who created it all and provides for all my needs despite the daily challenges and doubts that arise. Along the way I chose to share my journey with you. Thanks for coming along for the ride! The road won't always be bright and the journey may sometimes be hard, but it can be an amazing adventure if you keep your eyes and thoughts "on what is true, and honorable, and right, and pure, and lovely, and admirable" (Philippians 4:8).

  1. I’ll give you $200 for it.

And when I say $200, I mean … two hundred bucks. I think it’s a very reasonable offer. Cash on hand. What’d’ya say?

    (I’m guessing you’re going to say: “Haaaa…no!”)

  2. Dean says:

Snay, I’d be all over it, if it’d pay off my mortgage, but I’m gonna have to step up and answer- definitely no! Now if you can help us find a buyer, I’d be willing to give YOU $200 – so long as the purchase price is over $200k and it closes before the end of January.

  3. What’s the MLS # ? Is it listed on the MLS? Just giving the price tag doesn’t tell us much. There are at least two good real estate websites- http://www.realtor.com, which doesn’t give you the address of the house (but promotes the listing agent), and http://www.ziprealty.com that gives you the address (but promotes Zip Realty). I could understand that if you’re still living in it, you might not want everyone reading your blog to know the address…

I’m a licensed real estate agent in Maryland. Let me know if I can help.

  4. Oops, now I see that you click on the price! Sorry!

Traditional real estate advice says that if it doesn’t sell in a couple of months, it’s priced too high. Of course, there’s a real estate bubble going on.
