well some of them make me sad..like the pics of my hubby a
nd kids…but all of this pics remind me of how blessed we are. our kids are absolutely gorgeous. I look at them and am amazed at how we got so blessed with this cute kids.

so last week while we were in Ohio, that Saturday was my MIL’s birthday. On Friday we decided to throw together a suprise party for her. Caleb had spent the night there the night before so I went to pick him up since their house is on the market they were having a showing that morning. I thought his mom was going to a baby shower at 1:30 
so I kept the kids out all morning and through that time at this park, going to Sams club and having lunch. Turns out I was wrong about the baby shower time but it still all worked out, I ended 
making veggie lasagna, 4 trays of it! and mom was suprised by her houseful of folks. it was a lot of fun, but we didnt have the camera, there was a pinata, cake, and a whole bunch of crazy McKenzieness. (you’d have to know them to understand!)
another day while in ohio I took the boys to the Newport (KY) aquarium. they had a ball, but it was much smaller than the Baltimore one so I was suprised when we were done so soon! the coolest part was the place where you could pet the
sharks! the day before Deans dad told Caleb he could pet the sharks, I assumed he was just being silly (he tends to say things that are off the wall like that, sorry daddy!) but then when we got there we really could. he’s like Dean, sometimes you just cant tell if he’s telling the truth or not. I felt bad for telling Caleb granddaddy was just being silly!
last week I had the boys try on their halloween costumes. Bo isnt too sure about the hat, but I’m hoping he’ll keep it on later today. I got th
at pumpkin costume last year when Toysrus had that big 70% off the already clearance items, so it was really cheap and I figured Bo could wear it this year and it will be great on him and hopefully Zeke next year.Caleb is so excited about his pirate costume. We are going to my friend’s house for dinner then going trick or treating with them. I’m excited about the near 70 temps we will have today. will make for a great day!
