9 weeks

Quick stats on Zeke’s appointment. he’s 9 weeks old today and weighs 10 lbs 5 oz, he’s gained 3 lbs 1 oz since his birth making him in the 10% for his age. He’s in the 50% for height at 23″ tall.  Not sure why they even check, but his head is 15 1/2″ around which is in the 25%. He’s doing well and there wasnt anything to be concerned about. At the hospital they drew a PKU which came back abnormal which freaked us out, I dont even think I shared that fact with very many people cause we were so worried about it. So they redid the labwork at a later appt and today I found out it turned out to be normal, it was off originally because he was premature and sometimes it is in preemies. so that was a relief! He got 3 vaccinations, which are making him either be asleep or screaming, he’s not too happy today, it’s odd because Caleb and Bo never had side effects from vaccines(except when Bo got his 12 month ones he was a bear) so it’s odd having a little one so fussy since he’s usually so happy. well I have to tend to the big kids who are demanding a drink of water….it’s freaking hot out and we just got in from getting Caleb at school so I’m parched too! hope everyone is having a good week!
