Checking in

The boys and I are in Ohio. We arrived Monday around 5 pm, it only took us 9 hours, I’m sure it may have been longer if my MIL wasnt with us and drove half of the way. It’s nice to know that I am missed back at home already, and I do miss being home. The biggest problem so far is staying in a not childproofed home. I’m trying to adjust but it’s wearing me out chasing after Bo. At home there are days when he finds a way to get into a lot of new things but mostly I’ve got the house to a point that he can crawl around freely as long as I vacuum frequently, as in at least once a day. Here everything is free reign and I feel hopeless as what to do with him. I wish I had two pack and plays with me so I could have one on each floor but I dont. Today I did my best to keep the kids out all day and it wore us out. Caleb didnt nap this afternoon so he was asleep shortly after 7 pm. Caleb was laying in a recliner watching this movie I got at Half Price Books, a store I wish we had in Baltimore where I got 5 movies some dvd some vhs all for $15!! but point was, he fell asleep in that chair and I moved him to the bed a little bit ago and he hasnt stirred! Boaz has been asleep since around 8 pm. I barely slept all night last night so I am headed to bed after updating in case they are up early since they went to sleep so early, that and I”m so tired.

Well I’m gonna run, wanted to let everyone know we arrived safely and have spent the day poolside or outside playing. I played phone tag w/ my dr today and last message I got from her said she’ll not be in the office tomorrow and that she wants to talk to me on Thursday. I keep forgetting what I am writing so I’m out for now. Have a good week and I’ll update more later on! Pray the kids and I sleep well tonight!

Chronic worrier but devoted Christian who is trying to put her fears and faith in the One who created it all and provides for all my needs despite the daily challenges and doubts that arise. Along the way I chose to share my journey with you. Thanks for coming along for the ride! The road won't always be bright and the journey may sometimes be hard, but it can be an amazing adventure if you keep your eyes and thoughts "on what is true, and honorable, and right, and pure, and lovely, and admirable" (Philippians 4:8).
