the fall after the fun…

Yesterday Dean took off of work so we could volunteer at church for their week of service projects called S.O.S.   we helped w/ a drink giveaway.  Caleb went with us and it was a lot of fun.   After that I grabbed a quick bite to eat then took Zeke to his physical therapy appt then we headed to my doctors appt because I’ve been having chest pains and shortness of breath.  Zeke slept in the stroller through my whole appointment which was nice.   After that I went home and slept for a few hours, i was so wiped out.   dean and the boys went to the pool after dinner and I went to the grocery store.  We met up w/ Dean’s mom so caleb could spend the night there and then went to pick up our friends neice who is staying with us this week while she attends the S.O.S. camp at our church.   I came home and again went to bed where I stayed til this morning, and I am wishing i was still in bed.  I was up and ready to go to the Y to exercise but I dont have it in me, I am wiped out and achy.  the boys have a field trip w/ their early intervention class and I knew I could manage both exercise and that today, I’m just too miserable feeling.  hoping to get a little rest before then by giving Zeke an early nap, but dont know if that will happen w/ Bo being so loud!!

so I’m once again suffering the after effect of a full day, and it’s no fun.   at least yesterday was!!

The road won't always be bright and the journey may sometimes be hard, but it can be an amazing adventure if you keep your eyes and thoughts "on what is true, and honorable, and right, and pure, and lovely, and admirable" (Philippians 4:8).
