Wisdom from my walk

we will be re homing Shea soon.  Today was the second time the police have been here because she runs away and I cant get her, this evening I had somewhere to be and she left and since Caleb was across the streets w/ a sitter I told him to keep an eye out for her and to put her in when she came back…but in the busyness of running late to get where I needed to be I forgot to tell the sitter that and she wouldnt allow Caleb to go let the dog in.  So when I came home I had just missed the police being here. this is the second time they’ve come.  I dont want it to keep happening then end up being fined because of her stupidity.  she’ll hear a deer or a squirrel in the woods and chase them then not come back for a while.   I cant keep up w/ three kids and a lose dog.    ginger will go out side and often wont leave the yard unless we go w/ her.   we can even walk her w/out a leash on our street and she is fine, Shea on the other hand will get out quickly if the kids forget to close the door all the way and be gone for a while.   And thats just the running lose part…I dont even want to talk about what shes done to my curtains, pillows, sofa and most recently a brand new comforter I got for our guests coming in a few weeks.  dumb dog.  her new nickname is stupid dog.   I hate hearing Bo say it after me but it’s the truth.    I hate this….if she was like Ginger it wouldnt be a problem, Ginger is the best dog EVER.   She is perfect for us.  I should have known better than to mess w/ perfection!  🙂

I want to go to bed…..but too much to do.   Blah!  I hate being sick like this.  Zeke is napping, Bo wont nap and wont let me lay down and be quiet either.  gotta go get Caleb soon.   Have to be at the preschool at 5:30.  speaking of bo…sounds like he did what caleb once did w/ our toilet, which resulted in a cracked toilet (the part that holds the water behind the toilet seat)  pray he didnt do what i think he did.  not a good day…

AAAAAHHHHHH—killer sinus headache this morning!!   I usually only feel this bad after Dean’s been away for a week!   I just wish I could crawl back into bed and close my eyes! no preschool for us today.  tomorrow’s a big fund raiser for the preschool so I want to at least try to rest today so I can be up to it tomorrow.

the boys are taking advantage of my crappy state and making a mess….going to be a long day…

I feel so yucky today!! blah!!! tons to get done too…nothing that HAS to get done, but things I want done before Dean goes so that in case I dont get it all done I have two weeks to work on it!   I have done a lot this morning, and the afternoon is going to be busy I think too.   I really could use a nap.  I needed to pick up my one medicine from the pharmacy yesterday and I think I’d be fine had I had it last night but since I didnt I am dragging today.   I wish it was one I didnt need since it’s the most expensive at this point, and I obviously need it, everytime I try to not refill the med I feel like crap.   This time I just was too busy to make it to the pharmacy.   It doesnt help that we are out of cold medicine too.  it really helped me get through the day yesterday.  So hoping to get to the store later today to refill on meds!!!   I hate being dependent on them.   I am hoping to force myself to still work out today…but I dont know if I have the energy!

I think I want this for Christmas!  I’m doing her one mile walk in addition to my curves workout and it’s so easy, sometimes I even do it while Bo plays in the same room w/ me while Zeke is napping.  I’d love a Christian based one by her!

I’ve got this crazy goal of losing 60 lbs before my 30th birthday, which is January 17, 2009.   thinking I might make a weight lose/exercise blog on my webpage for this, if I ever start losing more weight! ! two weeks of working out 6 times a week, and I’ve only lost 2 lbs.  it’s kind of depressing.  but the plus side is I havent needed as many pain pills, today i didnt take anything but the acetaminophen that was in my cold medicine!  and aside from sick from the cold and tired from a busy day,  i dont feel that bad!

we’re paying for our nice kidless evening last night…Bo and Caleb have been complete hellions (is that a word?) all afternoon and evening.  we signed up to serve at church tonight and got there in time to serve, which was 45 minutes after church started.  of course the kids were fine while there, but after we left they completely melted down again.    I know caleb is probably just tired, he was up til about 11 pm and up at his normal time, around  7 am this morning.   but it’s no excuse. he woke up grouchy and it never went away.  Luckily Zeke was a little angel all day, if not I think I may have left and not come back for a few days!   we’re at our wits end w/ their behavior.  i really need to call the school system about Bo’s behavior before zeke gets seriously hurt. the other day he pushed Zeke off of our king sized bed,which is pretty high.   he bites him A LOT.      After a day like today I’d give anything to fly off to the beaches in Florida w/ Dean…but I’m the lucky one who gets to stay here and deal w/ their crappy attitudes.   yay me!  🙁

I got to go on a date w/ my hubby! wohoo!! we went to see a play, an awesome one at that!!   Better yet our friend gave us comp tickets which included a beer tasting. so free play and free beer.  It was an awesome night.  Our neighbors and new friends kept Caleb and Zeke while Bo slept over at his grandparents.   We went to get caleb and Zeke because last we talked to J (our friend)Caleb was waiting up for us and we figured we’d just collect them both, but they were both asleep when we got them.  we still brought them home to make for an easier morning for our friends.
my cold is getting worse,  but it didnt ruin our night.  I’m getting ready to drink some hot tea, take some cold meds and crash….I think dean’s already asleep!

I’m so glad we got to go out tonight, we really enjoyed it thanks everyone who made it a great night!!  🙂
