Wisdom from my walk

Bo seems worse.  Zeke is about the same.  I am definitely getting worse.  Dean seems better overall and Caleb seems fine except for an occasional cough.   Being the good parents we are, we took the kids out to play in the snow tonight for a short time.   We all came in exhausted.  Bo kept asking to go to bed and sure enough he was in bed well before 8, of his own accord.    Anyone who knows Bo knows that’s not normal, at all!   It has been snowing a lot since around 4 p.m.   What is usually a 5 minute commute for Dean turned into a 30 minute one due to the weather, we sure are spoiled!   I am thinking Caleb can go to school tomorrow, if there is school!   ice expected later, and that may help the schools decide.  They never close though, but who knows, it would be nice if there was no school, that way he can relax and head back on Monday.    off to cuddle up and get warm….earlier we sat by the fireplace watching the snow falling…one thing I love about our house…being able to do that and the lovely view we have in our backyard.  pics up tomorrow….

guess who’s getting sicker?!?  just in time for the weekend….grand just grand!!

oooohhh!! I finally bought us tickets to see the Doodlebops on March 21st, for Zeke’s birthday!   it’s going to be sooo much fun!!

wohoo!! we got our tax refund today!!  so much fun to pay off your debt!  what little there is, it’s mostly medical bills!

3 sickies still at home today.  Zeke seems worse than everyone else, no big surprise.   I’m still not that sick, but not that great either.   Caleb will probably go to school tomorrow, hopefully!   that or I’ll just keep him home to be safe, but I might lose my sanity by then!

more snow coming tonight.

the boys are all up in my room watching the Curious George movie and eating Rhino lollipops while I hide out under the pretense of laundry in the basement.   they found me once and requested chocolate milk, I just want to stay here and hide all afternoon!!    Just one of those days…wishing Dean wasnt back at work…but someone has to get paid I suppose!

dean’s at work.  3 sick kids.  I am nauseas.  the dr called, my bloodwork was all normal.   thus I go to a neurologist for a full workup, again. wohoo for me.

4 of the 5 of us are sick.   I went to the dr today for something else, and the nurse asked if I was feeling ok because my temp was up when she checked it.  So looks like I might still get what they have!!   She did a lot of blood work and I have to make an appt w/ a neurlogist.  Fun times ahead! Dean’s home from work again today.  Caleb was home from school as well.  Now we just pray if I do get it I dont get as sick as Dean is.  He’s been soooo miserable!   –so miserable he’s making me miserable!

no fun the rest of the week for us, at least not until we feel good again!  anyone want to bring us some dinner?!?
