I am probably a little nutty, but I was looking online for info on the hotel we will be staying at, it’s in the heart of downtown Baltimore and was just built in 2005.  The room has a kitchen which means fridge and dishes so we can buy groceries and eat lunch in to save money!  Plus there’s a free breakfast, not just any breakfast, but a BUFFET!!  There’s a “kids” room which from the looks is just a small room w/ toys but I’m glad to know there will be some distraction within the hotel itself since it doesnt have a pool, since it’s downtown and all!   It’s w/in walking distance to the museums we can go to for free since we have memberships here and they are part of the reciprocal program, I can almost bet no one takes advantage of that as much as we do!  So we have $75/day to spend on our food budget and get free breakfast and could simply do pb& j for lunch at the hotel in our room and have a grand ole’ dinner!!  :-)  no matter what this may be our best trip yet!!  praying the kids stay healthy as do we, esp. me since I have been struggling this week alot.   A few more days and we’re Baltimore bound….Dean’s got his heart and stomach set on a place to eat that we saw on diners drive in and dives…we love that show!!   so that should be fun too.   My mom is keeping the boys overnight one night so we can go out alone, and that too will be great!!  and of course seeing everyone is going to be nice too!  :-)  I am excited but wish we could get there w/out the 9-10 hour drive.
