Making Memories w/ Dad

fathersday06.jpgWe had a busy, soaking up the sun fun filled weekend! Dean had to work Saturday morning, so the boys and I hung out and made a trip to Walmart. When we got back Dean was home so we headed to the eastern shore for my nephew’s birthday party where Caleb stayed in the pool unless he had to pee or eat! We got home around 9:30 pm. For fathers day we had no plans other than church and someone was to come about a craiglist item in the afternoon. That morning I got an email saying he couldnt make it, so I convinced Dean to use our Sesame Place season passes sozekeasleep.jpg we spent the day there, and got in around 11:30 last night! we are all exhausted today , but it was a fun weekend. the boys had some great father son moments so maybe we’ll make it a fathers day tradition! today I’m trying to catch up on laundry but I’m tired as are the boys. they are both having “quiet time” now, which means Bo is asleep and I think Caleb might be soon since we had a busy weekend. See pics from our weekend under the more link below…

caterpillarride.jpgI wasnt sure if this was a good idea for Boaz, but Dean said beachbumbo.jpghe’s the dad and he was taking him, and Bo didnt mind this or the other rides Dean took him on!  He enjoyed sitting in these chairs more than anything all day I think, but I have no clue why!

Caleb of course loved everything about the weekend.  He wants tolazyriver.jpg know when we are going back!

zekepoolside.jpgZeke didnt want to be bothered by the heat or water, but bzekepool.jpgeing the good parents we are, we lathered him up with sunscreen and let him try out the pool!  (ok for those of you freaking out, we were at the edge of the pool with him the whole time , and he was only in there long enough to get this picture)   We didnt try to get him wet because the water was a tad cold.

it took a while for Bo to get used to the water but after a while he was loving splashing around!  well ok, love is a strong word, he didnt HATE it…
