Guess who Dean saw today? In the yard playing like most dogs get the luxury of???? you got it, the neighbors dog, the one that attacked two of our kids. They quarantined her in their home for the 10 days then it’s back to normal I suppose, she totally disregarded the agreement we had. Turns out she read up on the law (i.e. my ex- who I still have sex with yet lives two streets over in his house- is a cop and I can screw you over) and found out we had no legal right to charge her with anything as the incident happened within her home. Wondering if I go over and beat the crap out of her in her own house if I can get charged w/ it? or if I should do it my own house so it’s legally not an issue?
I am more pissed that we “played nice” w/ her for so long and she lied to us over and over again claiming she didnt want the dog anyway and wanted it gone. Â All of the neighbors were glad that the dog was going to be gone, for the safety of everyone.
Now the dumb dog is still there and for all we know can still escape the yard whenever it decides. Needless to say next time I see it’s ugly self out without a leash I am calling the SPCA. No more Miss Nice Guy, don’t mess w/ surgery chic, I may be hopping around on one foot but drugs will only make my angry worse…..too bad for her girls they will never play here again…..or our kids at their home. Game on chicadee….you dont hurt my kids and just go on w/ life…. (ok I admit I may be being mean and unChristian like but when do you put the safety of your kids first?!?!?)
