TuesdDSCF0787ay night I took the boys to get haircuts.   Last time Bo begged for a short haircut,DSCF0941 like Calebs.  I couldn’t do it, I love his long beautiful hair.   He has great hair.    But I figured if he really wanted it maybe he should since we were paying for the haircuts anyway.   So I held back my fear and let him do it.  As they cut it they cut the length off the back first and when she was done he let out a DSCF0972big sigh.  As she cut around his forhead and ears he said “now I can see” and “now it won’t get in my ears” I felt like I had been neglecting or abusing him by not letting him get cut, but it was so nice before…..now he’s just different looking to me andDSCF0922 I want his long hair back…..but he’s happy.

Yesterday we went w/ the preschool that they use to go to on a field trip to Shaw Farms since the boys loved it last year.   It includes a long hayrideDSCF0962 and a free pumpkin.  It was a beautiful day and we had a lot of fun.   Lots of pic up on Flickr.
