we havent gotten our stimulus check yet although we dont know why. It should have come by May 9th. We could really use it, esp. as today while on the way home from curves I noticed the shell on one side of the intersection had gas for $3.73 and the Speedway across the street was $3.95!! everyone was trying to fill up before the .22 cent hike in price, and since we were almost on E I had to too since we’ll be going to church a lot this week so will need gas. blah. thankfully as far as gas goes we only have one vehicle, the downside it cost $60++ to fill it up. blah. I’m going to seriously start reconsidering where I go during the days to conserve gas. This is so ridiculous. It’s almost pay day but even then the money will be going towards the mortgage and bills. time to cut back, seriously and I’m going to dread it, I know I am spoiled, esp. for a SAHM. oh well time to live like we only have one income.

Jeff told me that it had to do with who the taxes were filed under. The last two digits of the social of the person filing (I’m guessing the head of household if you filed jointly) are what they go by. May 2, May 9, and May 16 are the three dates that the stimulus deposits are being issued. Because Jeff’s last two digits are high, we are getting ours this coming Monday. Didn’t know if you knew this or not…
