So I weighed in today, and since my b-day January 17th I’ve lost 3 lbs (per their scale), 2.47 body fat pounds (that changes my BMI amt) and total inches of 1.75 in. So better than gaining or staying the same, but still not amazing. Overall since October I’ve only lost 11 lbs total, but a lot of inches, so that’s good I guess.  She was surprised during a conversation I had with someone else there today about the machine I hate the most being an upper body one, and I said it’s because my arms are so weak and it’s hard for me to do, yet I lost the most inches total in my arms since I’ve joined. Guess it’s because I’m working them so hard! So not a great weigh in, but anything is better than staying the same or gaining!
Dean’s home sick today. He’s currently napping w/ bo and Zeke. this morning I took Zeke to physical therapy, they ordered him new orthotics since he’s outgrown his old ones, and it’s causing him to walk funny wearing the too small ones. he also had speech therapy at the house today for the first time. We’re getting into the same problem w/ had w/ Bo in that he’s not really behind at this point, there are just some issues that need dealt w/ and if they arent they may lead to problems later. the biggest problem w/ that is insurance doesnt like to pay for that kind of thing! So as long as we can keep him in early intervention and private PT and insurance will pay he should be fine by the time he goes to school. Bo on the other hand seriously needs some speech therapy.  the therapist today noticed Bo’s problems even.  Hoping to get him in for another hearing test and re-eval for speech after those results.
busy weekend ahead, if Dean gets better. there’s a womens event tomorrow at church and there’s no one else to watch the kids but Dean this weekend, everyone’s going out of town, so he has to be well enough for me to go!! plus lots of other stuff going on this weekend that we both need to be well for. Monday is going to be fun too…everyone’s off and we have big plans, I cant wait! more on that later though….
