working my butt off, exercising for at least 30 minutes a day and counting calories. and drinking tons of water…yet lost 0 inches, 0 lbs in a month. So freaking ridiculous. My trainer said I’m probably exercising too much and not eating enough. Blah! I am so upset. I feel better, and others say I look good, and my pants fit better….and really an hour off exercise a day and no weight loss? who wouldnt be pissed off at that? not what I was expecting thats for sure.  To celebrate…baking chocolate chip cookies w/ splenda sugar and splenda brown sugar.   why diet when it’s not helping.   before I watched what I was eating and just added exercise I lost weight. So I’m thinking I might just try to not eat as much crap and stuff counting calories and see what happens.
