man, the kid made out at school today.  his teacher got him a crayola sketchbook, watercolors, and a magnetic wooden alphabet set.  Which is funny because we got him a magnetic letter word set for christmas.  but both kids love magnets so the more the better! They also had a gift exchange, each kid was supposed to bring in a gift between $3-$5.  We got a Superman figure for $4.99.   Caleb came home w/ a bag full of 5 things, guessing the parent hit the dollar store and got 5 things.  so he got some cars, a motorcyle and a cool light up thing that has a pen and bubbles.  (caleb loves that kind of thing!)   He also has tons of candy and cards from his friends.  Guess my idea to have him write out his own cards wasnt so original!   some of the ones he got werent child written though so that makes me proud of him for trying!     he’s now got our dining room covered in all his junk he got today.  It will keep him busy today so that’s all that matters!    he just realized I rearranged his room, he’s so funny about it.  he’s happy about it so that is good.   I told him I had to make room for what Santa will bring for him.    He’s one happy little boy today.  It’s going to be so fun this weekend.  this is probably the first Christmas he’ll truly enjoy and remember so I’m all about making it worth it!    well I need to go keep him busy and quiet so bo can nap.
